1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Pet 24-7 application (“App”), operated by Pet 24-7 Global Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

 
2. Nature of the Service
The App provides:

  • Access to veterinary-related information AI-assisted guidance
  • Optional connection to licensed veterinary professionals for consultation
  • The App is intended as a support tool only and does not replace in-person veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or care.

 
3. No Emergency Service
The App is not an emergency service.

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, you must contact:

  • A local veterinary clinic
  • Emergency veterinary services
  • Do not rely on the App in urgent or life-threatening situations.

 
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The App may provide responses generated by artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are informational only
  • They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not tailored to your pet
  • They must not be relied upon as a sole basis for medical decisions
  • All decisions regarding your pet’s health remain your responsibility and/or that of a licensed veterinary professional.

 
5. Veterinary Consultations
Where available, the App enables consultations with licensed veterinarians.

You acknowledge:

  • Consultations are based on information you provide
  • They are limited in scope and may not replace a physical examination
  • A formal veterinary-client-patient relationship (VCPR) may not be established in all jurisdictions
  • Prescribing medications may be restricted depending on local laws
     
    6. User Responsibilities
    You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
  • You are solely responsible for actions taken based on information obtained through the App.

 
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
The App may offer paid services, including subscriptions and consultations.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Pricing may vary by region
  • Payments may be processed via third-party providers including Stripe and Razorpay

Refunds:

  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • Missed or unused consultations may not be refundable unless required by law
     
    8. Data Protection and Privacy
    Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including:

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on App content
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data, profit, or opportunity
  • Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

 
10. Service Availability
Services may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Local regulations
  • Availability of veterinary professionals
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw services at any time.

 
11. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party platforms
  • Payment providers
  • External links or services
     

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You breach this Agreement
  • Misuse of the platform is detected
     
    13. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

15. Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded the App via Apple App Store:

  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content

16. Changes to this Agreement

  • We may update this Agreement from time to time.
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
